C.M. Baker Decorating started trading in 1981 and has, in that time, done a vast array of different projects, both commercial and industrial as well as working for private customers.

The company has a base of assistants that it can call on at any time to suit the various assignments it is given to undertake.

It does not take on volumes of work, but small amounts at a time to make sure that it's quality name carries on into the future.

The knowledge base of the Historic sector is vast and the company has acquired a lot of it in these years, from deciding which paint should be applied to which surface to a mountain of ideas that can be used to apply colour to a given room, from contemporary to speciality heritage colours- the 1500s to 1800s, which incorporates a wide range of brands and also paints mixed by hand using earth products.
